Escober, Christine R.

Escober, Christine R.

“Technical communication is a systematized documentation intended to be used for all of the communication systems. Communication systems like, person to person, person to group of persons, computer to computer, person to computer. Basically, technical communication exists in all kinds of communication.

Businesses in our generation are already prospering because of the company's systematic procedure in their internal communications (like labor manual, company manuals, and the different manuals that are existing in a certain company). They also have external policies or a manual that addresses the concerns on outside communications such as clients request, orders, and other matters.

Companies thrive to look for development in their procedures because these developments can result to a more prosperous output to the management, workers and clients.

Technical communication is a basic requirement for a business to succeed, without this, no company can withstand the rapidly developing economy in the world. Without policies, without procedures, without manuals, no company can undergo with their business.

That’s why; technical communication is a very good tool in the world of business because it defines a company's position to its business and to the people around it. And, not even in business but in all aspect of life.
